Tonight, I’ll be heading over to Nova Southeastern University to attend the Social Media Club of South Florida’s monthly event.
I love attending these events for a couple of reasons. One, it’s always great to network with some really talented and gifted local people. And two, I still think about that damn quixotic idea that marketing & HR peeps should play nice in the social media sandbox (Eventually I’ll get over it).
Tonight’s event features author and speaker Rohit Bhargava. He’s one of those “bestselling author, popular keynote speaker and influential marketing strategist at one of the world’s largest global marketing agencies” type individuals so this looks to be like a fun conversation.
The American Marketing Association South Florida Chapter is the media sponsor for this event so here’s an early “Thank You” for all the hard work you did to assist.
If you’re in South Florida (and I know some of you are ’cause I read my google analytics) here’s the link to RSVP for the event: SMCSF August Event RSVP I’ll be there in the back of the room tweeting out the highlights.
Who am I kidding I’ll also tweet out the low points too….See y’all tonight!
