I was conducting a bit of research for my projects and came across this closing line:
“It appears that all parties are poorly trained in utilizing social media. More attention needs to be given to instructing students, career advisors and human resource managers on how to maximize the utility of these networks in the job search and recruiting.” (The Collegiate Employment Research Institute & The MSU Career Services Network, 2009)
